We want you to love your New Creation Club gear. That's why every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee — shop with confidence.

Just not satisfied?
No hard feelings — if it's not quite right for you, let us know within 30 days of your purchase date. Just email us your order number and date of purchase, and we'll send you a prepaid return label — simply print it out, pack up the item, and send it back to us. To keep things fair for everyone, items should come back to us unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Once we receive your return, we'll get your refund processed within 3 business days.

Received the wrong size?
Mistakes happen, and we'll make it right if the size on the tag doesn't match what you ordered. Just email us your order number, date of purchase, and a photo showing the size tag clearly, within 30 days of your purchase date, and we'll take it from there. (Since we can't verify a size mix-up if the wrong size was selected at checkout, this applies only when we've sent something different from your order.)

Damaged or defective?
So sorry if your item arrived less than perfect! Send us up to 5 photos or videos of the issue, along with your order number, within 30 days of delivery — no need to send the item back, just toss it and we'll take care of the rest.
